With 10+ years of experience in cheesemongering, how is that a real thing?!, I have worked exclusively with the Better Cheddar in Kansas City to provide America with nearly 200 imported, handcrafted, and world renowned cheeses. Representing small farmsteads across the world.
Specializing in world folklore, with particular attention to the myths and rituals of East Asia and Japan.
My approach to poetry is entirely spontaneous, often stream-of-consciousness. Though now and again I find myself bewitched by the momentary allure of haiku.
